Terry R. Koebbe serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Dent Wizard International Corporation. He leads the development and implementation of the organization's strategic objectives and growth initiatives. One of the company’s original founders and former franchise owners, Terry was instrumental in growing Dent Wizard into a multi-million dollar international corporation.
Previously Terry served as the company’s Executive Vice President responsible for administrative functions including contracts and legal agreements; staffing, training, and benefits; fleet procurement; real estate management and franchise relations. He also has held the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to Dent Wizard, Terry served as the Chief Financial Officer for Nooney & Company, a large regional property management company for 10 years. He is active in community and charitable organizations in St. Louis, previously serving as board Chairman for Lighthouse Community Outreach Center.
Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri.
Michael D. Black is Dent Wizard’s Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He holds responsibility for the leadership and oversight of 900 technicians and managers providing reconditioning services throughout North America. He provides strategic direction in the origination and fulfillment of services in all business channels including the company’s global catastrophe response team. Mike also leads initiatives to strengthen and grow strategic partnerships with the company’s largest clients.
Mike has held several leadership positions within Dent Wizard including Regional Vice President, Operations and Managing Director. During that time, Mike achieved record sales growth in the company’s largest region which spanned from Michigan to Florida.
Prior to Dent Wizard, Mike owned, operated and sold two service-oriented businesses. He also worked for PepsiCo in business development and regional sales. Mike serves on a board that helps raise needed money for high school athletic programs.
Mike is a graduate of Antioch University in Ohio.
Mark J. Wagner holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Dent Wizard. He is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, business planning, treasury operations and procurement activities along with information technology.
Mark brings 25 years experience working in the consumer goods and marketing services industries. His Chief Financial Officer experience includes manufacture and distribution of drinking-water filtration equipment (Pure Health Solutions, Inc.), retail marketing services (Promo Works LLC), specialty foods marketing and distribution (Hickory Farms, Inc.).
Mark previously served as a senior finance executive at the H.J. Heinz Company and worked for KPMG Peat Marwick in their audit department.
Mark is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Stephen A. McNeely serves as Executive Chairman for Dent Wizard International Corporation. He has over 25 years of senior management experience as a CEO/ executive chairman across a broad spectrum of portfolio companies, successfully completing turnarounds in public and private companies, both domestic and international, up to $8 billion.
In addition to his current responsibilities at Dent Wizard, Steve is a founding and managing partner of Tantara Capital Partners, LLC. Most recently, Steve was an Operating Partner at Falconhead Capital, LLC and Executive Chairman/CEO of two Falconhead portfolio companies. Prior to his position at Falconhead, Steve was the Chief Executive Officer, President and Board member of HQ Global Holdings, the largest office and business services provider in North and South America with over 300 properties owned by Cerberus and BNP Paribas.
Steve has also served as Managing Partner of PSM Equity Partners, partnering with Peter Ueberroth and other private equity groups, focusing on marketing, media, communications, advertising and sports properties; as CEO, President, Board member at Aegis Communications Group; GlobeCast Communications; GE Capital’s Patrick Media Group and GECARS; Tenneco Automotive; Chase Capital Group; and in other senior executive capacities at Exxon Corporation.
In addition to the Dent Wizard board, Steve currently serves on the boards of The Advertising Council, the Direct Marketing Education Foundation (DMA), LMA Radio Group, and Money Management International, as well as serving as the National Campaign Director for the Coalition of Organ and Tissue Donation.
Steve is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and postgraduate studies at Wharton and the University of Alabama. He is also a former professional race car driver and Air Force pilot.
